• It was a melting & casting projects for Zinc & Lead from its respective cathode.
• The project comprises of erection of FIM equipment's such as furnaces, casting equipment and robot arm supplied by our partners.
• The project comprises of supply erection commissioning of entire plant utilities like WTP, Fuel Handling System, Compressed Air, LIN- LOX, ETP, Cooling Towers, Fire Fighting System, Plant Electricals & Instrumentation.
• Jiwanram have completed this project within stipulated time frame for which Uniseven received bonus as token of appreciation from HZL.

HIGHLIGHTS OF FUMER PROJECT AT HZL CHANDERIA SMELTER PLANT

• FUMER is a technology project for the recovery of precious metal from the waste.
• HZL was loosing 27000 MT of metal per annum through waste
• Globally the zinc and lead mining industries have been facing challenges towards recovery of metals from waste.
• The FUMER technology will improve the recovery of zinc from a present level of 96.8% to 97.5% and would add about 3000 tonnes of zinc from just one smelter per annum.
• It will also increase lead production by about 4700 tonnes and silver by 33 tonnes per annum.
• A significant jump in production will be achieved
• Jiwanram & AIFL along with strategic technology partner NFC, China, have already executed the project successfully.
• Our scope includes 21000 cu. Meter of RCC including major equipment foundation, buildings, control room etc. 14000 tons of structural, 6000 tons of equipment erection.
• It also includes major electrical & instrumentation job, piping and other allied works.
